Overview
Hintder operates on a subscription basis. We want you to be satisfied with the Service. This policy outlines our refund terms for all plans.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all payments. If you are not satisfied with Hintder for any reason within 14 days of any payment, you may request a full refund — no questions asked.
To request a refund:
- Contact us at support@hintder.ai within 14 days of the payment
- This applies to all payments, including subscription renewals
Monthly Subscriptions
You may request a full refund within 14 days of any monthly payment. After the 14-day window, monthly fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time — cancellation stops future renewals at the end of the current billing period, and the hints already on your balance remain yours.
Annual Subscriptions
You may request a full refund within 14 days of any annual payment. Additionally, if you cancel within 30 days of an annual payment, you may request a prorated refund for the unused portion. After 30 days, no refunds are issued for annual subscriptions. You may cancel at any time.
Hints
Hints are consumable credits. Subscription hints already spent are not separately refundable, but any payment is covered by the 14-day guarantee above. Cancelling does not erase the hints already on your balance.
Additional Refund Circumstances
We may also issue refunds outside the 14-day guarantee in the following cases:
- Billing Errors: if you were charged incorrectly due to a technical error
- Duplicate Charges: if you were charged multiple times for the same plan
- Extended Service Outage: if the Service was unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to issues on our end
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Pricing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access and hints through the period you've already paid for.
Refund Requests
To request a refund, contact support@hintder.ai with:
- Your account email
- Transaction details
- The reason for the request
We review requests and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment provider, and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
